Armenia are currently on a roll. They have won their last 3 matches scoring 11 and conceding only 1 in the process.
We will have to be at our best to beat them on Tuesday as they will punish any lapses in concentration from our midfield and back 4.
The positives are we have played them already and beaten them away from home at the start of the campaign. Unlike most sides who come to the Aviva they will be going all out for a win from the first minute as they have no choice. Hopefully this will leave gaps that we can exploit.
Come on Ireland!!!!

Liverpoolred- Trapatonni will pick two defensive midfielders i.e Andrews and Whelan. That is a dead cert.
Our play-off hopes hinge on the performance of our back 4 and Shay Given. Armenia like Russia and Slovakia will win the midfield battle. Its going to be a busy night for the likes of O'Shea, Dunne and Given.
It won't be pretty to watch but i can see us settling for a draw which will be enough for us to make the play-offs. Considering we all assumed we were finished after the Russians embarresed us at the Aviva early in the campaign we are fortunate to be actually still in with a chance of making the play-offs.
I am confident we will make the play-offs. More worried about how we get on in the actual play-offs

Armenia are in decent form alright but, Slovakia ahould have been 2 or 3 up at half time against them. Slovakia needed to win the game so they pushed forward and left massive gaps at the back which the Armenian's exposed. They won't be getting any chances like that tomorrow night. I'm fully confident we will beat Armenia, I certainly can't see us losing. We beat them without too many dificulties last year away from home.

i'd like to see walters given the nod ahead of long.
nothing against long, he will eventually be keanes replacement but just think that walters offers us more. he's tall, dangerous at set pieces (which will probably be our best chance of a goal if we play whelan and andrews in the middle) and can help out the defence with corners

Yes, Walters would be my choice to come on from the subs bench if we find ourselves having to throw the kitchen sink at the Armenians with 20 minutes to go!!
Unfortunately due to the fact that he has previously annoyed old Traps i can't see him coming on instead Traps will probably opt for the ineffective Keogh coming in instead!!!
