Great game, heart in the mouth

Take solace in that I'm gutted....but...we WILL be back at OT very soon....and I CANNOT wait!!

It was a magnificent game, just what the FA Cup is all about. Could have gone either way but hats off to Man Utd for showing some grit and determination.

Glad that someone saw it same as me. I keep hearing pundits and commentators saying that United were outplayed and besieged. I thought it was an even game that either team could have won. Liverpool had a good spell in the second half, but we could have been 2 or 3 up at half time.

Wish they could have saved this for the league game

I've just read some United fans were arrested for Hillsborough chants. I trust they will be banned for life.

It was a wonderful game. I was watching it amongst fans of both clubs and it had ups and downs and it really felt won and lost on so many occasions. A genuine classic.

What I loved so much though, was that we tried to win it. We never gave up. The things I was so annoyed about us lacking against City were the things I was so pleased we showed today. Courage, belief and having a facking go when we could. Wonderful game and an even better result
