When Chelsea loses or draws matches which should have been won, there is no shortage of blame attributed to Poch.
When we win, the fans credit a few players for getting it right but hardly ever have anything good to say about Poch.
Even in the Leicester match where the two late player changes both scored to seal a deserved victory, no credit was given to the winning coach.
Not one pundit, not any fan in post match discussions had any kind word for the manager. Only a list of perceived errors.
He is lambasted when we lose and reviled when we win.
Besides appearing unjust it raises the question : why have a manager at all? Is he just a punching bag for venting frustrations?
And the booing from our own fans , not that it will effect Poch... it's our young players who will feel they do not have our support and encouragement, which is essential for them as they grow into the great team that Chelsea fans demand.
Chelsea fans need to remember to show generosity of spirit and support the team when it's clear that they are trying their best, and a little love toward Poch would not go amiss.
Is that asking too much when we won the match and Wembley is up next?
Will Poch ever receive some credit?

He's not done a good job so far at all, why would he get credit? Even most games they win, they're not impressive in.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
The point is that he gets no praise when we play well and lose, but gets lots of criticism when we play badly and win.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Well we've never done that (played well and lost). The majority of the season we have played badly and actually regressed since pre season. I was 100% behind Pooch however his antics (or lack of) on the pitch (no in-game management, super reactive subs and awful team selection), and off the pitch (awful press conferences, throwing players under the bus, and the bare minimum of creating a system) hasn't helped him. Praise must be earnt, as yet he hasn't done anything praise worthy, you aren't entitled to it just by turning up.

Thats debatable , pundits in the League Cup final commended our players...for the first 90 mins anyway and also for the City 4-4 game . Agreed there were strange replacements and player selections , and errors made as well.
Actually it not complicated at all, my point is if we lose by all means criticise , but if we win, even not playing well, and with unpopular player selections, the reverse should follow.
A win is a win, and the manager deserves some credit for it and the 3 points collected.
It has to work both ways otherwise is just subjective ranting that should not be taken seriously. Besides as I said, is plain injustice done.

Poch has done a great job. Plenty of credit from me

My position on this is kind of the reverse way of thinking. He's not done anything (yet) I consider to be overtly praiseworthy nor feel hypercritical of.
I've been a little surprised by some of his decisions but that was about my perception of him before becoming Chelsea manager, as decisions I've understood most of them (even if I've not agreed with all of them). Probably his most criticised decision this season, playing Colwell LB - I got it. He wants to play a top heavy system with a 39 y/o CB? Of course one of the FB's is gunna be very conservative.
It's taken a collective effort to find ourselves where we are now but Pochettino is nowhere near the biggest problem. That prize goes to our f*ckwit owners

Actually one decision I can think of that he deserves a bit of credit for is pushing Gallagher forward (even though Lampard technically did it first ).
That's something, from my armchair, I'd never have thought to have done, but his positioning there is essential to maintaining the average high press with have. I fundamentally don't like him there, like my no.10's to be technically made different, but tactically it has been a smart deployment with the resources he has.

Judging by Rory jennings, some of your fans have been prejudiced against him from the start and have looked for any stick to beat him with.

Please stop using Rory Jennings as a reference point for the fanbase.
I know Arsenal fans have probably had this the worst, as long as AFTV has existed, but ffs

I have praised him for good subs in the past...but this has been a very limited amount...mind you some of these decisions are easy anyway
My bugbears are that
One - he lacks animation in games...I don't expect him to be having a hissy fit every time we misplace a pass like Tuchel...but FFS at least look interested now & then
Secondly that shat with the pen & the free kick - ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE - man up, & give Gallagher or whoever is skipping clear instructions & kick anyone in the caant who disobeys...Sterling has no say in things period
Thirdly - we know we are poor early doors 2nd half - negate that by hooking anyone not up to snuff at HT or at least on the hour if we don't concede
Lastly Be Pro-active not reactive...boss the situation
