Back and triceps today,. High intensity workout with minimal time in between sets. Sets consist of 15 for about 50 mins.
I’m in good toned shape so my continued goal is more toning maintenance if you like rather than getting beefed up

I also run 4-5 times a week too which obviously helps,

It's certainly iconic but I don't think Nike are loving this, share price took a battering yesterday.

Even Southgate has said he doesn't like it. That's not going to have a positive effect on sales.

Poor communication from Nike, if they'd have just said it's a nod to the 66 kit it nobody would have said much, but suggesting they're updating the flag, and uniting people is the bit that hasn't gone down too well.
