… methinks it was 2 points lost. Gutted and deflated today. Praying to the football Gods that Ipswich somehow lose tonight. Let’s see. Need a day or two to get over that one. Desperately need 3 points against Blackburn.
Oh and getting a tadge pisssed off at DF’s inane post-match remarks atm … this time it was: "We didn't create enough clear-cut chances, which is disappointing, and the only disappointing thing because it was the only reason we didn't win this game." Yep, sure, cohones and grandmas come to mind.
Might be a point gained but …

We got our break yesterday when Leicesterf lost. We have to get our act together and start playing with the same intensity we had earlier in the year.
Farke seems not to want to use the squad when we're in need of them most. Tired players, tired ideas.

after last nights showing by Leeds and Leicester, and Ipswich's poor showing vs Norwich, think the top two will have stumbled over the line.
feels a bit like 3 long distance runners miles ahead of the pack and struggling to maintain the pace as they race against themselves in the final straight.
happened before, will happen again. 4 games to go, could well be a dog fight this

Whatever happens, it’s two points lost. After the tough away game at Coventry, we have back to back home games against average teams, it should have been 6 points no less.

Getting grief in work this morning from the plastics.
Hard to believe it's just 1 defeat in over 3 months yet it feels so depressing.

Problem is the 3rd place this season may be a record not to gain Auto's.

.... and that will mean a mental hurdle will need to be overcome in the dreaded playoffs.

Farke's determination to stick with Bamford and refuse to bring on subs till after 70 minutes infuriates and baffles me. He's considered a top manager, but he seemingly fails to see what most of us see, namely that Bamford, for all his running about, is not creating, is not getting into scoring positions, and when he does, he's not putting them away. We all know the team need to start performing quickly but equally, so does Farke.

We've done amazingly since Xmas, Earl, but all that hard work is for nothing if we bottle it now.
