The English club should always win the Conference league tbf. Anything short of a semi-final is an embarrassment, really.

Depends really, DJ. In a way, it's a bit like the UEFA Cup of old: a PL team that's good enough to qualify for it one year can quite easily drop off the next. Conversely, you could get a German, Italian, French or Spanish side performing better the following season than in the one they qualified for the Conference.

It's ridiculous that we can't win a trophy this season without beating Man City, but Villa get to win one just for playing Progres Niederkorn or Lincoln Red Imps.

Was backing you guys last night, mainly as a last gasp hope for the coefficient thing but that's gone now that Liverpool and West Ham are out.

Spurs last great hope is that by staying in Europe you'll somehow be distracted in the league but to tell the truth, four of our final six games are to Arsenal, City, Chelsea and Liverpool. It would take an epic collapse for you to lose 4th now, particularly as there's a chance you could be 9 points clear of us before we next kick a ball.

Martinez is the best keeper in the league, probably the world. Complete and utter waaaanker, but it helps make him so good

To be fair to Villa they have played some decent opposition unlike West Ham. Ajax and Lille were the two best remaining sides in the comp after Villa.

Probably Fiorentina in the final, I would expect Villa to come out on top but as it is a one off that could be dangerous

A lot of people expected city to smash inter, but inter were the better side in the cl final, so who knows?

People knock the conference but West Ham did well.

Next up olympiakos did they drop from the europa?

Be tough Sunday Bournemouth are dangerous at the moment and on the back of ET on a Thursday even more so.

To be fair we have had a great season so far and it hasn’t finished yet.

Cup semi final almost secure Europa and possibly CL.

We have had some rough times but me for one making most of this.
