I think the reason Udogie has not been at his best recently is that he may have been carrying an injury and this has resulted in him becoming unavailable for the rest of the season.
Would suggest that we might play Dragusin left CB and play VDV on left side of him. 👍

OP title sounds like a job for Noel Fitzpatrick.

Season is just about done anyway, Davies will do a job till the end of season, then we go against

Meh, we aint getting 4th with our run in and 5th won`t get a CL place either. We are almost guaranteed a EL place, I`m not expecting much from our remaining games anyway.

Udogie has been suspect defensively, maybe Davies coming in (and maybe Royal with Porro also doubtful) will force Ange to play the full backs more to their strengths, which may tighten us up in some difficult games.

Probably have little bearing on whether we finish top 4 or not. We've been dodgy even with our full strength teams. If we're good enough then we can make top 4 without our first choice LB whose form has been suspect lately, and if we don't get top 4 it won't be because we were missing Udogie.

Udogie has already had surgery for whatever the injury was.
Agree Dragusin as replacement,and lets hope VDV lasts out the season!

Davies as a round peg in a round hole at left back. He's actually quite decent on the ball and sound defensively.

It might just make us a little bit more solid
