Poch, I may be the one?

Who decides it may be time to go!

Well for sure his tenure is in the balance, but 9 points out of the last three games would not be a bad end to the season.

The game today against Forrest will be a battle, as Forrest are fighting for survival, but we do have a fuller squad

Considering his recent comments, where does the issue lay?

The biggest issue imo for next season will be squad improvement and his relationship with the sporting directors.

Will the club be forced to weaken the squad to comply with FFP & after buy players ?

COY Blues, KTBFFH, UTC!

Seems a case of jump before the push.

I'd be surprised if you don't give him a second season.

He's probably done worse than expected but the current Chelsea gig is a tough one and lately the side has looked better.

Plus the manager market this summer is likely going to be tougher than usual given Liverpool, Bayern and probably United among others will be after a new top coach.

Poch,

When i consider his guidance of the squad over this season, I think he has on occasion come up short particularly with the domestic cup games against Liverpool & City.

Squad discipline has at times been totally unbecoming for a group of players representing Chelsea football club.

Poor showing against sides we should have been able enough to get past. At crucial junctures.

I had expected more from him tactically, but when considering the issues he had to deal with, handed down to him from the sporting directors and the ownership i do believe he should stay and continue to work with this group of players.

In saying that i do expect us not to lose over the remaining three games, but if we did then I personally will question his position, as by now this squad should be more than able to be consistent enough to take the points off Forrest, Brighton & Bournemouth.

But if i were him I would demand that the club focus on the here and now , improving the squad to the best of their ability before tabling bids for bright young footballing prospects who will not ensure that the club can mount a credible top challenge next season.

Didn't you already sell that hotel to help with FFP?
