Aside from anything else the guy that the SFA already deemed not fit and proper and since then was found guilty by the CoL / takeover panel and banned as a director - that includes shadow director - buying control...? Never passed the sanity check. TBF, his cold shouldering ban is recently expired and that may have started something but frankly he is probably finished business wise here as nobody is going to risk their PI cover on that shyster.
