Martial and Varane clealry emotional as they wave goodbye to Old Trafford.
Any signs of similar reaction from Evans, Eriksen or Casemiro?

Thought he was better under Ole in 19/20. He really started to develop all round as a striker in that season, thought he might finally kick on the season after but he struggled for goals again. That said, I still preferred watching him play up front with Rashford, despite the lack of goals, instead of Cavani.

Yeah, he was definitely a more rounded player in 19/20. But in in his debut season he was the one player capable of getting you off your seat in an otherwise turgid team. Think that made him a bit more special in the eyes of the fans.
Also agree on Rashford - there's absolutely no doubt that he's always played his best football when Martial has been on the pitch with him.

Yeah he was definitely more exciting that season.

Martial was also at his best when he was competing for the left wing spot with Rashford under Jose until Ed brought in Sanchez

I genuinely didn’t think Martial was
1) Real anymore
2) Capable of emotion

Martial got a great farewell from United supporters last night, He was clearly very emotional and was one of the last people off the pitch. He stood there in front of The Stretty applauding the support he was getting.
We will remember his good times at United which were plenty. Good luck to him wherever he goes.
Tony Martial scores again.

Best football we've played since Fergie retired has often been with Martial in the side. Sadly his body can't handle the demands of professional football or certainly not in England anyway.
He's always had the talent so a shame really.
It's still been a horrendous decision though to renew his contract when we did.

When Rashy and Martial were getting the best out of each other under Jose and Ole were the best times for both of them
