IE to examine the “mindset and mentality” in the Ben today.
That must be half a year behind us we saying he needs to employ some shrinks for the players, staff and us.

If only IE was willing to take some advice onboard. There's plenty been offered but he's always refused.

Evatt is the one much in need of examining his mindset and mentality. He needs to change tactics otherwise both us and he is doomed for yet another dissapointing season. This time it could be far worse.

The only positve is, he probably would not survive the season.

I watched the FA cup game yesterday and United played City off the pitch. It reminded me of our game against Oxford.

At least Southampton managed to bring a smile to my face today.
It's always good to see Leeds fans crying. Remember those images from when we sent Leeds down. I've not liked them since those dirty Leeds teams first appeared a long time ago.

Back home after a lovely weekend in Milan. Couldn't have done much more on the trip including lake Como. That's 2 weekends away. Head down for as many shifts I can get in June. Will start the summer thread at some stage today.

Benny, I spent a month in Italy a few years ago, I went to Lake Como, Florence, Rome, Amalfi and Pizza. I remember asking the Hoel manager in at Lake Como where we could find good food and he recomended a restaurant next door to the cinema, when we arrived, it didnt look that great but as it was raining hard we didn't want to look for another place to eat, as it turned out it was the best meal that we had on the whole trip. If you ever go back look for it, you won't be dissapointed.

Nine days after the disaster of the play-offs and we haven't had any good news from the club, no plan, no nothing. it's time they got their act together if they want to sell more season tickets and secure the cash to get Pasty his dividends.

Evatt looks to be staying, or am I being too previous with that thought? I don't expect any great details but something positive would probably make us all feel a little bit better.

I'd get more divi off my old milkman back in England than the club.
The milkman here, pays out free fresh natural goat's milk cheese and yogurt. It's much better than green shield stamps.

Everyone from the club will have gone on holiday after the play off final. 3 weeks overtime. Toal and Charles will only have a short break as in international duty and the players come back mid June for pre season. No surprise it's very quiet.

Lake Como was lovely. Spent Sunday afternoon there but limited time to do much as flew home late Sunday. One of the loveliest places I've seen. Felt unreal to be home around 6 hours after leaving there. Milan itself was from Friday when we got there felt once done the tourist bit not much else to do. The trains in Italy so much better and seem reliable. In danger of missing the flight back as one of the lads with went missing. Thankfully our last minute train journey was on time.

Glad you enjoyed it Benny
How's the hard part of being back going.
I'm looking forward to getting away. I wish I could keep my return dates a secret so I could hide while I settle in.

If I remember correctly Milan is the industrial centre of Italy ,it's where a lot of our washing machines .tumble dryers and fridge freezers come from.

I liked Lake Como, a great place but I also liked Florence for the art galleries. I remember standing if front of Michelangelo's statue of David, It was carved out of a ten foot tall piece of marble. I have never experienced anything like it before, The hair on the back of my head and neck litterally stood on end.

We all know that he was a master artist and craftsman, but you have to see it in the flesh, so to speak, to appreciate it. Every detail on the statue was amazing, including the veins, finger and toe nails were perfect. If you ever get the chance, I urge you to go and see it.

Also, I loved Amalfi which is situated in the South West of Italy. It really is a beautifull place. If fact I loved all of Italy and I will definitely visit it again.
