He's not my choice and never has been but the club have been admiring this guy for a while and it wouldn't surprise me if De Zerbi was agreed a couple of months ago behind the scenes.
Let's stop pretending that we're looking at other managers and announce the manager that the club probably already decided on a while back.

Looks like I was wrong about De Zerbi being appointed already then.
Not sure what will come to pass under Maresca or if he even lasts very long but at least it's not De Zerbi as I didn't want him.
