I like some of them on here but the level of expectation at times is as if they genuinely belong in the top 6 of the PL by divine right. They still seem to think they’re a massive club, I’ve seen them describe themselves today as a PL club without PL players.
How are they a PL club though? They are at best these days a club on a par with Leicester, Bournemouth, Forest and everyone else trying to scrape into the PL and stay there. If they were doing what Villa were doing - fair enough
Ignoring the childish wum article from True Blue (which will come back to bite him when we get relegated next season and Leeds go up) - should Leeds fans temper expectations and accept they’re a championship side struggling to break into the PL like the rest of the small clubs?
That’s not meant as an insult - it’s a reality check for all of us who aren’t part of the elite top clubs. It’s very hard being one!

I work with a Leeds fan who genuinely believes Leeds are just as big as Man Utd and that Fergie was an average manager who had money.
I'm looking forward to seeing his take on yesterday's game!

Huge fan base, not on Liverpool, Man Utd or Arsenal's level but next most supported team I find, probably just behind Chelsea. More Leeds fans in Norfolk than Spurs, Man C and co easily. As a 1 club city, the club has massive potential but unfortunately, management is key to success and we don't have it nor had it for a long time. We have absolutely no divine right to be top 6 in the prem, we should be in there but have to earn the right to do so.
