This one year additional loan commitment has generated an awful lot of noise!

Obviously we're in for a replacement for Richarlison!
That's the real point.

lol ... you know us, he won't play and will be loaned out. I hope not but it's our recent MO.

Timo loaned for a year then. Not decided on him at all. He appears to have everything to be one of the best but just does not seem to cut it everywhere he's been apart from that one season he was awesome at Leipzig.

He's a decent option to have in the squad and he does make great runs when you watch him.. got learn to stay on-side. I guess he's not cost us a lot in a loan fee so not bad to have but in truth not what we needed

Shouldn’t be a starter so it depends on who else we bring in, this could actually be a decent move.

He`s ok as a squad member, ideally shouldn`t be starting every game and as long as another top level wide forward is signed then he thickens out the squad for a European season.

The problem is, we should be kicking on and building a team to challenge for the PL, which means 3 or 4 real top level players at CF, WF, CDM & CB, along with a better quality back up GK to rival Vicario`s position and good alternatives at RB & LB.

Lots to do, both players in and out, which won`t all happen, we are always left short by the owners.

Levy out.

It’s a deal that makes sense all round. Liepzig get his wages off the books for a year. We get a guy who can perform in this side for relative peanuts and therefore doesn’t affect our budget.

I suspect we will push for Gallagher pre euros and if that doesn’t come off we will do most our business post euros.

I am quite calm about this window as I think most of the pieces are there. We need the DM. We could do with another striker. I would like Eze. But as long as we get the DM by the end of the window I think we can have a good season, go far in Europe with the right attitude, ditto the cups and be up there bothering the CL places again.

It doesn’t feel like the rebuild last summer did.

Excited to see what Paratici brings to the table as well
