Not the sort of deal I thought we would be doing under INEOS.
Oh dear

I’d keep Kambwala around next season, considering the amount of games we’re likely to play.

No issue with this if true, won't cost anything of note, can play if required and won't whinge if not playing, as said will probs coach as well, of course if he was a major signing it would be a problem but he won't be and fills a small gap at the club

Makes sense to keep him. Kept himself fit all season and didn’t let us down when called into the side.

Fergie still pulling the strings. You guys need to move on

Nah.
There has been nothing Fergie-esque about United since he left.
Tired, lazy statement that always gets trotted out by sh*t pundits with nothing to say but still get paid for money for old rope.

That's patently untrue. He literally chose his successor and you'd have to think had a big hand in Ole getting the job. Wasn't he on the board there as well? I seem to remember him being officially involved a few years ago.
Either way he's clearly got influence there. Just saying it's not healthy

How could someone read this story and jump to assuming this is our ‘priority’, do they really think all the discussions since the takeover and new team above the manager have been about trying to convince Evans to sign an extension? Fck me have a day off.

Looks like Eth is staying then.
