Is he good good or is he just Aston Villa good like Grealish was?

This is the issue with the Ten Hag situation. Had we already made the announcement that he's sacked, we'd have been able to bring in a Zidane, Poch, Tuchel etc and the likes of Douglas Luiz would be banging on our door begging to sign for us.

I'd love him at United but he won't want to play for a loser like ETH.

I suppose they would have to agree on a cash value for Luiz.

Villa are broke, they desperately needed this to comply with FFP.

I know Villa are skint but this is a weird deal - McKennie is below average. The guy was pretty poor at Leeds and is nowhere near as good as Luiz.

Stadium improvements don't fall under the umbrella of FFP/PSR, same as the Allergic to Trophies Stadium.
And financial constraints are not the reason they're being postponed.
