The Boys (Spoilers)

I thought it was very clever (no pun intended) how they showed the smartest girl in the world had to lobotomise herself to be able to relax and dumb herself down enough to watch trashy TV and eat junk.

Fun episode last night. Think it's the first time I've genuinely laughed out lolled this season.

I know the guy that plays Homelander (rightly) gets a lot of love. But the guy that plays Butcher is just as good/important.

Enjoying this season so far.

Yeah it’s a slow burner but it’s starting to gather pace. Very sad ending and Simon Pegg pulled off an acting master class tbf.

The last 2 episodes have been excellent. It looks like Butcher turned his tumour into a Supe when he gave himself V and the tumour is now taking over him completely. That Kessler guy is definitely not real.

Possibly the funniest and most sexually facked up episodes of the Boys ever 😅

Definite Empire Strikes Back vibes to the season finale.

I approve.

Yeah it was veering away from the comics quite a bit and now it’s headed back there. Was a decent season despite the vitriol from those who finally realised what the show was mocking and with Soldier Boy back and the pieces of the board all in place it’ll be a great final season. It deffo helps watching Gen V which I thought was v good.

Thought this was the ‘worst’ season so far but they completely nailed the finale. Looking forward to Gen V season 2 and seeing how that cast will tie into this story because they will definitely be involved and in S5 of the Boys

They really did Starlight’s character dirty though. I don’t know why they tried to make her so unlikeable.

I tried Gen V but couldn't get on with it.

Have to give it another try.
