My early predictions:

City win it again. 💤
Arsenal push them closest again
Liverpool will drop off but still finish 3rd

Chelsea, United, Spurs, Villa, Newcastle will make up the top 8 again and it could be any order at this stage. Transfers and injuries will play a huge part as always.

Newcastle with no European football will finally win either the Carabao or FA cup and end their huge trophy drought.

Ipswich and Southampton will go straight back down along with Forest. Leicester will stay up.

I reckon Southampton will stay up, the other two straight back down

Could be good to get Liverpool and Brighton under new management early on whilst they're settling.

Or they get the honeymoon factor...............

Some jaw-dropping outside the box thinking there.

Ipswich will not go down, and finish above Leicester - who with or without points deductions will finish in the bottom 3.

Liverpool will have an average season, finishing below United.

Villa won't make Europe.

City will have a poor front half of the season, United will lead at the start of December. Arsenal will go first in the New Year.

At least two of Chelsea, Spurs and United will push City for second. Arsenal will win the title.

Two out of Bournemouth, Fulham, Wolves and Forest will go down along with Leicester.

Boring predictions perhaps but I'd say far more likely to actually happen than yours.

No sheet Einstein. You've basically said the table will look almost exactly the same as it did roughly a month ago, swapping out the recently relegated sides for the newly promoted ones, with the exception of Leicester who take the place of last season's next worse team.

Good thing you pointed out they were 'early predictions'. Did the boldness of them suddenly make you feel giddy?

The PL has become predictable......go figure. 😂

I did say Newcastle would win a major trophy tbf. That hadn't happened since before most people's parents on this forum were born.

How it’s going to look around the European fixtures will be important.

They could/will get their punishment announced next season but due to appeals it probably won't impact next season at all.

Lance Armstrong really kicking himself right now. He could have kicked his trial into the long grass for a few years himself I bet. 😂
