New Season Tickets

So it seems Utd have implemented a new ticketing system which means the match day tickets refresh regularly via their app, so no more one ticket for the season. This means sharing tickets means you have to a £20 fee to access their ticketing site to share the ticket.

I'm wondering if anybody has heard of, or found a way around this? I have 2 kids and work commitments so I'm not able to attend every game, first game of the season my Dad is abroad, sometimes you just can't go to every game.

My first thought was that we pay for a membership and share the login with friends/ family to want to use it and they can use it when necessary.

As I understand it Busby you can still transfer the ticket to anybody who is a member and I thought I read you could share it to a non member for a £10 charge.

I have an email saying I have to do a trial transfer before the end of this month to set up the system but I haven’t done it yet.

I can screenshot my seat details and QR code in a separate pic and forward them onto whoever is having my ticket if i'm not going to a game.

The person you authorise your ticket to has to be a an official Member. Probably a known family, friend colleague as you cant 'advertise' the avaiability of your match ticket to anybody.

Feels like a money grab tbh, lots of people can’t make every game and give/ sell them to friends and family.

I hear you. It is as if somtimes MUFC would rather see the seat empty than ensuring that the same supporter sat in it every game
