Was on a company jaunt on Thursday and one of the guys I work with who is quite a high flyer told me that he was selling his riverside 1 bed flat in near Canary Wharf.

Now maybe I am out of touch, but I was genuinely surprised when he said it was only on at £475k - I always thought those places were £1m plus.

Not sure what the point of my little story is, but there you go

It is expensive but not that expensive. Canary Wharf is still zone 2 and not 1. 1 million quid you’re getting yourself a cool 2/3 bed penthouse.
