If this is true and the Brentford offer has been rejected then the owners must think they can squeeze another £10 million out of Spurs or Chelsea who in Rodon, Skipp and Gilchrist Leeds have a vested interest in acquiring so intriguing stuff to say the least and yes the no fans in Germany, despite trying to brush that off as due to policing is looking like the owners were or are fearing an ugly protest to recent events.

but if they truely have to do the deal by TODAY, then that is a mighty risky negotiation strategy and they've got some right bolleaux !! With no other firm offer as yet, the risk of Brentford walking away is huge.
Maybe Marathe does do "contract negotiations in his sleep"!!

Where abouts are you Salonika? I am in Southend. Have followed my local non league side, Canvey Island for many years and am familiar with the Brentwood Town stadium. Sorry for the off topic.

I actually think that Archie to Spurs may work for us, but not necessarily for him. How many young players do they sign, waste and then eternally send on loan or sell?

Perhaps buy and loan back for thr season may work?

I grew up watching Canvey with dad. Local football is more about the friends. Beer behind the goal. 400 fans and you know most of them. No comparison to watching Leeds though, no matter how good or bad.

To spurs? Doesn't he have any ambition?

Can’t get excited about this season at all with Failure still in charge and the Board acting like they don’t know f-all about the lifeblood of this club. F-ing always the same with Leeds every F-ing time.

If we’re lucky we’ll end up with Gnot-wanting-to
-play-for-Leeds-O and Barndoor Bamford left, with Archie and Cresswell both gone. We haven’t got a clue have we.

Brentford would be a better move for Gray as he is more likely to play regular football. He is likely to languish on the bench for Spurs then disappear on loan.

I know - and it is. But it’ll look like peanuts in three years time when he’s off to Madrid for £100m. Just hope we get a good sell on fee (and maybe a year loan back)…
