Can the sweet talkin' German Farke man
convince the Austrian cheat code to come
back with that mad left foot and kill it in
the Championship?
Hope so.

Isn't he Frances top scorer @ Euro24?

Does he play over Struijk? I reckon we missed him at set pieces towards the end of the season and he's a good enough defender to cope in the championship. Wober is similar stature to Rodon. Hes arguably a better player but i wouldn't say there is loads in it. Could play left back or dm i suppose.
Im probably in a minority but i really rate Pascal

I think he's bang average. Doesn't have any outstanding attribute, just alright across the board. Better than Wober though who looked useless against France.

Don't know what you're basing that on, Wober has been capped 28 times for his country, to the best of my knowledge Struijk has got nowhere near playing for his, granted the challenge is stiffer but you have to have so form of benchmark.
Surely our starting centre backs if we have Wober, Struijk and Rodon at the club are Wober and Rodon.

Struijk has made the provisional squad for Holland

If he was Austrian he would have a load of caps.

That means nothing, the coach was looking at his options, six of the squad named arn't in the euro's squad and he doesn't have a cap to his name. He may never go on to feature.
You cannot say that because he was borderline pick for a friendly and clearly wasn't considered good enough for the dutch squad at that point that a) he'd be good enough to make the Austrian team and b) he's a better centre back than Wober.
At this point it's all hypothetical, having both at the club will give us the strength in we didn't have last year and my assertion is that the Austrian is the better defender, you may differ, hopefully we will get to see.

Could play all three if we moved to a 343
I suppose Firpo is better than Struijk too cos he plays for the Dominican Republic 🤣

From watching them play. What else would I base my opinion on?

You said he had never been near the squad, Ive shown you he was.
Im not basing A) and B) on the fact that he was in a provisional squad, Im basing it on being a fan of the club and seeing them both play.
