Amusing to read the deal could be worth up to 25m in add-ons, but realistic add-ons were capped at 5m. 25m = wins Ballon d'or while Girona wins CL?

Then why do it twice?

The easy achievable add-ons include being named as a sub, being left out of the match day squad and being sent out on loan.

The more difficult add-ons include coming on as sub, starting a match and having a half decent game.
