Things are very very quiet on the transfer front. The team go to the US tour in less than a week and it looks like no new signing will be on that tour, whereas the likes of Nelson, Eddie, ESR will all be there.
Really want Arsenal to beef up the MF and forward line this window but once again, we are linked with defenders and goalkeepers (how many has Arteta signed now)
Resigned to the fact that a striker is not going to come in, Arteta has only really signed 1 striker since coming to the club, whereas we may see a winger joining the club but what is the hold up as the season starts in a month?
Do we have to sell before buying?

EURO 2024 was the main hold up. Not many deals happened anywhere, but now its warming up everywhere it feels like. Hopefully we'll have our business wrapped up in the next 3-4 weeks latest

As long as we don't spunk our transfer budget on the goalkeeper and defence

I don't think Arsenal need to sell first. It's just more prudent to do so. The best way to devalue a player is to tell the world he is surplus to requirements and may not even be registered in the squad.

The problem is also lack of good strikers these days.
I feel like this position is dying like no.10.
