Is it a busted flush ? … or

…. Are many many Rangers fans just desperate? I’m hearing a lot of stuff about Celtic only doing the minimum to be dominant domestically, that our lack of spending is all but saying Scottish football is a busted flush. A lot of this I feel is coming from Rangers fans who realise this season may see their team overtaken in Domestic honours, and equalled in league titles and are perhaps pushing a Scottish football is Schite agenda to ease the pain. Last season saw record attendance records across Scottish football, my kids have just started getting excited and asking questions about the games at the weekend, I don’t think it’s a busted flush at all I just think that it’s far easier to call it that when your rivals have dominated you for a decade and things look bleak. In Scottish football history we have won 3 European trophies as clubs , Celtic, Rangers and Aberdeen, should a board as a PLC incumbent to its shareholders push for what in this football world is extremely hard task to win a European trophy at the expense of continuing dominance? It’s been tried before at Ibrox and led in the end to 4th tier football. It’s easy to be in a position of utter dominance to suggest that it’s bollox to say Scottish fitba is not done and it’s just reactionary from the bears but I am old enough to remember the 90s and we were awful once I think finishing 4th but I never ever said Scottish football is busted
