Great read that article.......bloody hell Ajax have some serious top class experience in their set-up.
Can't help but wonder the impact it could have if we brought a few of our legends into our set-up to freshen things up and show our players what it means to actually have mental strength.

Dude, barely halfway down this piece and the glaring obvious screams back at you.
Ajax are coached by Frank De Boer, Jaap Stam, Edgar Davids, Wim Jonk and Dennis Bergkamp, whilst our first team is being coached - as it has been for the past 15 seasons - by Arsene, Pat and Boro.
Fresh blood needed.

Then it's decided!
We bring back Nelson Vivas, Kaba Diawara, Igors Stepanovs and Glen Helder then glory will be ours once more!

DB is an absolute legend, on and off the pitch!
Spot on Lex, we need better and stronger characters introduced to our staff, introduce new ideas and raising the levels of all our playing components.
Enough of the yes-men.

Don't forget Overmars and Ronald De Boer. Ridiculously good coaching set up.

Its glaryingly obvious that things need to change in the coaching set up, our coaches are living in the past and these new breed of kids need more discipline and sterner actions. Just look at our schools these days.

TWAG
As I read it, Overmars and R. De Boer are in charge of the youth set-up, which in fairness we cover with Liam Brady and Steve Bould. Hence, my not including them in my earlier comment.
I agree totally though. What an amazing coaching set-up both the youngsters and the more established players have to learn from.
