I wouldn't write Arsenal off so easily? They have been close last two seasons and will be improving, a player or two coming in could help me end as well, gonna be close imo

This. It seems like it takes a couple of seasons to overhaul City, as we saw with Liverpool. Just have to keep getting closer and more ruthless till it happens. Arsenal are on the right trajectory but keeping their key players fit is vital.

Well, we were prepared to pay more than £70 million each for a player they had on their bench and another that played in their midfield today.
I will take Cucurella defensive nous over zinchenko passing and I recall Lavia dominating our entire midfield playing for Southampton a couple of seasons ago.
Yes the Chelsea squad is stupidly unwieldy, but if you do not see the talent they have, you should go follow another sport.

I think liverpool are going to be city's closest challengers...arsenal I don't think can get better than last season..
