Solid 2-0 win against a tricky Wolves yesterday.
I think it's pretty much a unanimous opinion that arsenal need a reliable goalscorer in attack somewhere, but we are being linked to precious little with about 2 weeks left of the transfer window. If we don't make that signing, I imagine Kai will start most of our games at CF.
I'll be honest, he has surprised me a lot since he joined. He took a while to get going as Arteta was figuring out his best position. He himself looked like he didn't think he belonged.
But since the turn of this calendar year, he's gone through a big transformation. He seems to have a lot more confidence, he switched to playing almost exclusively at CF, and he is contributing a goal or assist roughly every 90 minutes. I maintain that kicking the ball remains his biggest weakness (), but he makes up for it with his willingness to battle, help the team, and ginormous frame.
Time will tell if it's enough. I would like another game-breaker type signing in attack to accompany Saka (who despite playing at about 60% yesterday provided the 2 moments of quality to win us the game), but it looks like we'll have to rely on young master Havertz.

We lost the title last season because we have no clinical finisher, usually it goes our way & we might score a hatful but on some days our lack of clinical finishing means it can be like the Alamo & we don’t put it in the net.
You cannot afford to have the odd game where you have over 30 shots on goal & not score & that is why we fell short... 🤷🏻♂️

People wonder why we get shiiit fees for players. When you dish out big money contracts to trash like Eddie, nobody is going to pay a big fee on top of big wages for him.

To be fair when we moved HAvertz up front halfway through the season think we only lost the 1 game (vs Villa) and drew a couple of others (Pool/City).
I'm sure we'd all like a new striker but i wouldnt say no to a new winger who can challenge Saka / Martinelli. (Trossard been class tbf)

Plus the defeat to Villa was when Havertz was moved back to midfield.
Jesus was also the striker in the draw with Liverpool
