Thought it could be useful to keep track of players sold this summer and revenue raised. I *think* I've captured every player sold during this window in the list below, which I'll endeavour to update if there are any more outgoings.
Transfer fees are based on news reports so obviously there's a big caveat there.
Scott McTominay: provisional fee £25.7m
Mason Greenwood to Marseille: £22m (£27m if add-ons achieved)
Aaron Wan-Bissaka to West Ham £15m
Hannibal Mejbri £5.4 (up to £9.4m)
Álvaro Fernandez to Benfica £5.1m (up to £7.7m)
Facundo Pellistri to Panathinaikos £5.1m (up to £6.8m)
Willy Kambwala to Villarreal £4m (up to £8.5m)
Will Fish to Cardiff £1m (up to £3m)
Donny van de Beek to Girona £423k (up to £7.6m)
Maxi Oyedele to Legia Warsaw fee not disclosed / said to be contingent on appearances
Guaranteed revenue so far: £83.7m
Maximum revenue if all add-ons achieved: £110.4m
Worth noting that with all of the academy players sold (and Greenwood) there are substantial sell-on clauses.
Other outgoings without fee / expiry of contract:
Raphaël Varane
Omari Forson
Anthony Martial
Brandon Williams
Shola Shoretire
Charlie McNeill

Updated the list in the OP - Mejbri transfer is confirmed and the up-front fee / potential add-ons are £1.2m higher than originally reported.

Just thinking about the work we’ve done player for player/position for position, leaving out those who didn’t feature last season:
Ugarte in - Amrabat/McT out
Zirkzee in - Martial out
Mazraoui in - AWB out
De Ligt in - Varane out
Yoro in - Kambwala out
*Fitness of the new signings willing* that looks like five upgrades to me.
The only contributor last year who we haven’t really replaced with a signing is Pellistri.

I guess Amad and Pellistri shared a sparse scattering of minutes between them last season (Pellistri's mainly coming while Amad was injured), so an expanded role for Amad this season basically covers that.

Yes Amad is the better of the two by a distance imo so if he's playing more then losing Pellistri is no Biggie?
