As weird as this sounds, I stand by BJ starting is disappointing. We have better options than Boy and.

Gents, I don't believe in retrospective decision making. I was not happy with the starting attackers and I still feel there were better options. I also never said we wouldn't win. Any front 3 with BJ in it, isn't our strongest.

He wasn't playing CF, that actually proved my point.

We won this game, ....as we had to!
The score was a bit lucky...Pickford gave us a goal... being a lazy bones and getting robbed by Son!
Bissouma is back in the fold.
Romero plays better every time at CB and scored today.
VDV showed he can run upfield 50 yards as well as run back, and fed Son's second goal.

Bergvall again failed to make a positive impression.
And Gray seemed under weight for the prem and did nothing in his cameo.
Odobert may be the answer we need on left wing, but was guilty of one horrendous give away in center midfield which led to Vicario's only great save of the day to keep the ball out of our net.

So much for Aussie glue's youngsters.
On to much tougher games now...which will determine what kind of squad we have this season!

Ted once again dishing out damning judgement on Bergvall and Gray after their 12 and 18 minute appearances, which followed their substitute appearances from the 78th minute vs Leceister.

Honestly, give these kids a chance. Modric came to Spurs and took more than half the season to look settled. He did ok in the end. Odegard at Arsenal, similar age took a season or more to become the main man.
