Raheem Sterling

Hello fellow Gooners,

Any thoughts on this potential xfer ?

I personally think this is very desperate move, safe especially if it's a loan deal intention but Sterling has way past it tbh...would be decent addition for cup games but for PL and CL, I doubt he will be any great.

It's a shame if we don't sign quality forward player.

Chelsea are very happy to always offer Arsenal the players they dont want, its weird

Not a massive fan of Sterling but it will add some decent depth to the squad. Who knows under a better manager and an environment that's not toxic we might get a tune out of him.

By finishing higher in the league than when they were last here? It’s not really that hard to work out. We finished 12th with havertz and kovacic. We finished 5th last year.

Jorgino, kovacic, havertz and mount. All who we got rid of. We’re part of the team that finished 12th. So we’ve improved since then. We’ve brought some crud since then too. But none of them are missed (mount would have been bar injuries)

Didn’t you also win the champions league with them ? And finish higher than 12th?

You can’t really use one season as a basis to prove a point

Well I suppose you can cos you did …..you finished 12th cos you had potter that season (I think)

But we’ve improved since they left was the topic of discussion. Which is true. Regardless of what happened before. None of the players, thankfully, have been missed our end.
