Odegaard injury 'quite significant'.
Mikel Arteta has confirmed in Bergamo that Martin Odegaard has damaged ankle ligaments following a scan and the injury is “quite significant".
He wouldn’t put a timescale on how long he will be missing.
Oh dear...

Arteta will have to give Nwaneri more game time. My concern is he will just drop Havertz back to cover the gap.

My concern is that Nwaneri plays, doesn't play well in a defeat, and is immediately written off by the Arsenal fanbase.

I was annoyed at us letting Smith-Rowe go enough when it happened.
Now I'm fuming.
Net profit in the transfer window.
The real Kroenkes are back.

To be honest even if he was still here I doubt Arteta would of played him now. Seemed like he lost all faith in him.

You may well be right but we have no real backup for Odegaard so it you're going to let him go a replacement is a must imho mate

We didnt really miss Odegaard against Tottenham
But we will against much tougher opposition
I think it could be up to 3 months minimum.

There never can be a real backup to Odegaard. Ethan is a superb prospect and obviously Arteta has the opportunity to mould him to do similar actions on the pitch.

A decent AM / playmaker that is happy to rotate would be adequate backup, but we no longer have that.
