I'm hearing people praise Arsenal? Why...they conceded two goals, sat TEN behind the ball for over 50 minutes and created very little, also they are stupid....two red cards cost them 4 points so far this season. Yeah, they are a solid defensive team but not sure they are as good as everyone, well a few are making out.
Let's not forget, liverpool went away to AC Milan and crushed them 1-3...Arsenal.away to Atlanta, 0-0...btw, Milan beat Inter today in the derby....so Milan are pretty decent.
Also, City were missing 2 of their best players in KDB, and, Rodri left after about 15mins...yeah ode fella was missing for arsenal, but that's it.
Nice goal by the left back though....

Villa away, spurs away, city away done. Toughest fixture list out of the top teams, played 2 halves down to ten men, remain unbeaten. Promising start.

You can look at it two ways, ultra defensive mode shows too much respect given to city, but with 10 men it’s suicidal to play any other way vs City away anyway.
First half was more of Arsenal’s game plan, and would’ve continued this way in 2nd half had 11 stayed on.
I’d say the flexibility to adapt tactics in games and players standing up to the task, other than 2 moments well over the added time end of 1st half half and end of FT was overall positive for Arsenal. I’m not sure if any other team in the league can adapt as well to various situations as good.

Can't understand all the criticism we're getting for today's result. Yeah it was defensive, but every team in the league loses that game down to 10 men.
I'd shudder to think what Sky would say about us if we took the lead, lost it, had a man advantage, struggled to score, then scored a podge from a corner last second. At home too.

That was a crazy result but City were all but champions when that happened. 14 points clear of 2nd place with CL to focus on
