FIFA 12 Ultimate Team

I'm looking for ideas on a team to make, I don't really like doing the obvious ones like La Liga or Premier League, I prefer doing more 'rare' teams, like Mexican and BPL U21

Any ideas?

Belgium national team, African team

Ligue 1 team to get you started, very cheap and easy if you're starting out.

Perhaps in the future maybe a Dutch/Eredivise team?

Belgium national team actually sounds a good idea, they are a lot stronger on paper than they are playing at the moment!
