Nice to feel positive and upbeat going into another match. The slight sense of dread i felt going into a tough Brentford game was eased by a strong performance and started this run of 4 wins on the bounce.
I know little about this team tonight other than they top their league with a 100% start. Also that Bulgarian authorities are trying very hard to re-establish them as a footballing force and that actually their top clubs have been compelled to make good investments. Obvs not at the level of PL but they have been, reportedly, targeting some good quality 2nd tier players across Europe and brought them to their league.
A kinda long winded way of saying, these guys will not be a walk over, or anything like it.
So how should we set up. Strong with a view to making changes when hopefully in control, or more experimental, more changes with a view to keeping key players fresh for BHA at the weekend?
Its hard to klnow what gets you through this league stage but 1 away win added to 10-12 home points should really be plenty.
Go hard for that win now, long term allowing us to perhaps ease of in the latter games, or share the load to keep the PL form going?
Match Day 😁

I didn't realise Bulgaria cared so much about the best team in Hungary. Good on them

Not to nitpick but it was the Coventry game that started off the 4 wins. The goal from BJ to win it was huge in the whole scheme of things and of course meant he himself is on a goal scoring run.
As for the team tonight, I'd go similar to Carrier bag, maybe bring Lankshear in, Romero for Dragusin?

Werner Lankshear Moore
Bergvall Bissouma Sarr
Gray Davies Romero Porro

Morning.
Hopefully a convincing win without taking it for granted.
A goal or two for Solanke please and another for Johnson would add to his confidence.
Hope to see Mikey Moore as he has rave reviews.
We have a chance to now kick on and get some points on the board in the league. It's all a bit congested at the moment.
COYS!

I'm not sure we should risk Solanke. He's so important to the way we play so I'd sooner see him rested and play with a false 9 if necessary.
I'd just like to see Mikey Moore in this one. He needs game time in order to be trusted as an able deputy. Playing Werner solves nothing.

BHA are a very attacking side but their defensive high line makes ours look tame....and they dont have the true pace at the back we do.
That game could be a rugby score. 12 - 5 to Spurs
