Finally club football is back after the boring internationals. We play Brentford at OT where we’re been pretty dire this season. Obviously Brentford will score in the first minute so we’ll have to chase the game much like we did last season although we don’t have McCheatcode in the squad.
We’re missing a few players and apparently Evans is going to be playing left back although personally I’d play Amass there.

The usual story has been that we're either:
Quite solid but toothless which makes for a dull game.
or
We're quite open and chaotic and it makes for an exciting game.
If we had more proven front players I could take the latter but, at present, we don't.
Ten Hag just hasn't got the balance right yet. That's why I suggested a 352 yesterday like Conte kind of stumbled on in Chelsea's title year in 2017.

Carreras had a solid start at Benfica by all accounts so if you end up playing Evans at LB, up against Mbuemo (who imo Utd should have bought) that’ll be a bit crazy.

Brentford are usually good against us and our players will be disappointed they haven't got the manager sacked, so they'll be trying even harder to make it happen.
