good win against steaua reserves tbf

Reading that they had bigger fish to fry and weren't bothered about last night. They did look sh15te and Cerny seemed to have the freedom of Ibrox for one of the goals.

Whatever the truth, good win for Rangers and a good week for the coefficient

Thought we were excellent last night.

As suspected, it was mind games and FCSB put out a strong team despite what some bograts are trying to claim.

Balogun, Barron, Lawrence and Igamane all good.
Raskin and Cerny outstanding though.

2 goals and an assist for Cerny, still can't be annoyed with the fist pumps to fans every 5 mins but I can see past it if he puts in performances like that.

Almost regretting selling my Aberdeen tickets, no doubt normal service will resume in the league though.

Not that I want to kick off an argument…

Last night Rangers earned €450k (£375k) in win bonus from UEFA for the win vs FCSB.

Rangers have already banked €4.31m (£3.6m) for qualifying for the league phase of the Europa League this term. That fee is separated into a down payment of €4.14m and a balance of €170k.

Rangers know they will also earn at least €75k (£62k) for their involvement in the league phase with that figure increased by €75k for every position above bottom they finish in the table.

Potential Europa League payments

1st to 8th in league phase - €600k (£500k)
9th to 16th in league phase - €300k (£250k)
At least €75k - increased by the same figure for every position above the bottom in the league phase.

- qualification for the knockout round play-offs: €300k per club- qualification for the round of 16: €1.75m per club - qualification for the quarter-finals: €2.5m per club- qualification for the semi-finals: €4.2m per club- qualification for the final: €7m per club The UEL winners can expect to receive an additional €6m
