Toughest of the season, I think we can say based on last seasons league positions.
We come into.this game already at a disadvantage, arsenal have had an extra day to prepare which I always think is unfair; that is when "whatever team" has an extra days rest when both have been playing the same European competition mid week.....it would have been unfair if it was to liverpools advantage too!
So here we are, an absolutely incredible start; it's gone from very good to simply incredible! I cant believe anybody thought we would be so good, so early and win so many games....
We go to the Emirates in top top form, it's like a sexy female...tight at the back and beautiful frontal assault!! Simply gorgeous to watch....
All but two of our "key" players are fit, and the GK is not a miss because of the form of Kelleher, whilst Jota being out is a blow it's an area we are probably strongest.
Arsenal are hit by injuries but I expect ode fella, timber and Saka to play anyway...be suprised if they dont. I think liverpool will remember last seasons 3-1 and make amends this time, I feel we are too strong, will have too much for them and our bench will be the difference.
Our confidence couldn't be higher, players like VVD,Konate,Gravenberch,Gakpo,Diaz etc are playing at the top of their game...cant wait!!
My team:
..................Kelleher......
TAA...Konate...VVD...Robertson
....Macallister...Gravenberch....
.....................Szob...................
Salah..........Nunez...........Diaz
Bench: Gomez..Quansah..Kostas..Curtis
.....Morton..Endo..Gakpo..
Injured/doubts: Allison..Jota..Chiesa..Elliott..Bradley..

We have 5 first team players missing
Pool have 1 in Allison and jota is never a guaranteed starter as you have loads of attacking options

Really have no clue how this will go. Not sure what to make of Liverpool under Slot just yet - Chelsea was a test but I still don't think Liverpool have really played any games they shouldn't have won yet and they've won a lot by 1 goal, so a couple of moments of bad luck and there could be a very different narrative around them.
That said, we could potentially be fielding a team with our three most important players playing. At best we'll have Saka, our backline might be depleted and we're in a bad little run of form.
A lot depends on what team we can put out - I think a lot hinges on the availability of Timber and Saka, and if Liverpool go ahead I think we'll really struggle to peg them back, doubly so if Saka isn't involved. Can't see Ode playing in any capacity.

After hearing Artetas press conference, tbh it wouldn't bother me if saka and timber play, it's clear they haven't trained yet (hardly at all) and would seem like a gamble....neither are 100% and yes, please let them play when not fully at 100%....to me it's stupid if arteta plays them...but, that saying...please play them!!!

Arteta basically never tells the truth in press conferences when it comes to injuries.
