No, White is a RB playing at CB.

Timber plays LB as all our options there are either injured or coming back from injury.

Arteta clearly likes versatile defenders.

Diaz vs partey.....timber vs salah...err, yes please!!

Timber is a good player at left back and it works having a roght footer there as it will make it more difficult for Salah to cut in. Salah needs to look to get more on the outside this game.

Partey is also decent at right back but I'm glad he's not in midfield as Rice with Partey next to him is as solid as you can get.

Majority of White's CB appearances are the RCB in a back 3, which we do not play.
