Not the Ferrari driver, but Borja. Joined Norwich last season I think and there fans were raving about him. This season he absolutely tearing it up with 10 (ten) goals from attacking midfield. The two goals yesterday were absolute screamers and he's the new Buendia of this division. Probably left it too late now as premier league sides will be targeting him, but him in CAM with either Tenaka or Rothwell a bit deeper could be the missing piece of the puzzle imo. Surely we have to try and nab him in Jan or even in the summer? 10 goals from midfield is bonkers this early and goals from midfield has been a big weakness we've had since the likes of Klich and Pablo.

Get him quick...those goals yesterday were screamers, Lorimer would be worried.

Yes I've been extremely impressed with him and I think he is destined to play in the Premier League next season and it would be a real coup if we could snatch him off Norwich in January but with them challenging for the play offs, highly unlikely so just have to hope we get
promoted, Norwich miss out and then he can be a Leeds player.

There recruitment, especially in midfield has been very impressive tbf to them, Maddison, Hoolahan, Buendia, Pukki, Sara and now Sainz.

Yes we like to say Willie is the best player in this division, but not on goals scored he isn't. One inspirational player can have a galvanising and transformative effect on a team, enough to shape their season. Since Bremner we've been blessed with the likes of Radebe, Strachan, Raphinha and, some would say, Rutter. But right now, I don't believe any of our players are really stepping up to claim the mantle 'talisman'.

Probs too high profile already. Not really fit our modus operandi. We're likely already looking for the next Borja Sainz.
