I know I still fail to see how Byram incurred so much Leeds supporter wrath when he was in actual fact one of the few Leeds players that had a solid and consistent game on Saturday.

Because he tired a bit in the last 15 but also lost Gnonto who was replaced with Solomon.

I thought he had a very good game to be honest.

He's a solid player who's better at defending than Firpo. He'll be playing instead Bogle Saturday I would think.

I agree. Byram generally puts in a solid performance. Having said that Firpo has raised his game this season, too.

hmm.. you have to wonder how? - not knocking the lad.. but these teams of the week always makes me wonder how they arrive at certain decisions..

A clean sheet for a defender has to be the first tick box to get into the team of the week.

not saying he doesn't deserve it.. and can't think of any other left back last week to play instead.

just saying ha... if a striker scores 3 pens for example, hardly touched the ball, lazy running, misses a few sitters, the hattrick alone prob gets him in the team.

Everyone who I spoke to said, how much we missed Firpo.

He was utter garbage last 20 mins, dont need some fat fook who didnt watch the game, lazily putting him in the team of the week, making me changed what I actually saw

I thought he did ok but it doesnt get away from the fact we missed Firpo, Byram was playing on the wrong foot which doesnt help the flow of play, i have no problem with him playing RB on saturday and expect him to do ok,

Think team of the week is done by an algorithm. So passes will score high and so will clean sheet. But doubt it takes into account how dangerous those passes are.

agree, these teams of the week remind me a bit of Premier league fantasy football.. when you can pick a bang average defender or keeper for a bang average team but if that team bags a 0-0 bore draw you're squids in - especially with the bonus's.. a couple clearances and all of a sudden you're star player is someone like Trevoh Chalobah
