I feel like moyes is perpetually stressed out in some way. Maybe that's just his demeanour I don't know. But Frank gives me the impression of someone who is relaxed and happy in his life. Maybe the United job would undo all of that but you can't deny LvG, Jose, and even ETH are quite determined and or serious characters

I kind of fancy United having a coach whose easy going, care free, relaxed about work and life in general, I think that could be a good change and I get that impression from Frank

It also helps that Brentford are, well, Brentford, not United. Take away the spotlight, scrutiny, expectations, wealth, and you’d get the outcome you’re hoping for!

Perhaps van Nistelrooy as an interim for quite a while simply is "the plan".
