His deliveries are just so precise, near-enough impossible to defend by the nature of how inch perfect and dangerous they are. That middle ground between goalkeepers looking to grab the ball and defence attempting to defend the deliveries (without wanting to score an own goal) caught in two minds is a nightmare territory in the box.
There's isn't an active LB I'd have over him in the England set-up, Hall is a gem.

Super unfortunate at Chelsea, victims of chances not being converted by teammates' inefficiencies.
Grand total of zero goals from his quality deliveries is criminal and a massive disservice to said deliveries.
If the chances had been converted, therefore direct goals contribution numbers were there... would have been viewed differently, could have been a very different turn of events in terms of his career at Chelsea.
