His absence is showing that he is actually the best player in the world.
Not sure why there was uproar that he won the Ballon Dβor.

But he won the treble for Barca using about 10 players from La Masia.

True. We are talking PL here though. La Liga doesn't have the wide range of clubs that can win the league hence why Madrid and Barca have about 70 between them.
I still think that Barca team is the best of all time tbf.

Even though Haaland was wasteful today, he could probably not score a goal this season and be wasteful as today in every game and his conversion rate would be still be a lot better at Man City than Man Utd since ten hag was appointed.π

There is no doubt Pep is one of the GOAT’s.
Mancini and Pellegrini had the same resources and didn’t get close to Pep’s level of domination.

Also showing Pep isn't the GOAT. Fergie won titles with Cleverley, O'Shea and Phil Neville filling in the midfield.
He never lost 5 on the bounce either. π
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Fergie lost titles when Keane was injured and Cantona was banned
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Think we were something stupid like 2/3pts from
winning 7 on the bounce. π
Rodri really is their entire team. Its quite remarkable seeing the impact without him.

Spain didn’t miss him too much when they outplayed England. But he’s pivotal for city

“La Liga doesn't have the wide range of clubs that can win the league”
There have been 6 PL winners during its existence (2 of which have yo-yoed between the PL and league 1, over the same time there have been 5 La Liga winners, hardly different.

It’s not just Rodri, we were fine for a few games after he got injured. It’s other areas of the pitch too.

Fair.
Real Madrid have won almost as many as United and Liverpool combined though since the Inception of the Spanish top flight.

They are the most successful club ever though, a level way above anything the PL has had to offer, unfortunately. Probably should be excluded from normal comparisons.
