Ruud is back

Leicester City are set to appoint the former Manchester United striker Ruud van Nistelrooy as their manager.

The Dutchman, who won three out of four games as the interim manager of United this month, has accepted his first permanent Premier League role at 16th-placed Leicester, who sacked Steve Cooper on Sunday having won two out 12 league games this season.

Good for him, bit of an odd choice tbf and he clearly wouldn't have been in the running had he not managed us for 4 games.

What a bonkers thing to do. Sack an experienced PL manager, who was handed a poor, weakened squad, and employ someone who has 1 season's worth of moderate level managerial experience, in the Dutch league and a handful of caretaker games at Utd.

Yeah the Leicester fans on here don't seem too happy aboot it. Hope he does well though, best of luck Ruud.

They don't seem happy with any of their managers.
Most were screaming for Enzo's head last year.
