Arsenal 0 Everton 0

Bottlejobs Personified FC

An absolutely dreadful game of football. A festival of rubbish

Well played Everton who could have won the game with the best chance in the 1st half.
Very disappointed with that performance. We could be playing until midnight and we would not have scored It just highlighted that this Arsenal team does not have what it takes to be winners when it really matters.

Gabriel Jesus was just an extra defender for Everton. Maybe he should go with them back on their coach.
Martinelli was in Ashley Young's pocket all afternoon
Saka was off the boil
Odegaard was trying and it looked like something might happen until he subbed.
Lots of possession and no creativity

I feel Arteta with Arsenal will not be winning anything more than the FA cup he has whilst he is at this club. Definitely not the league, not the CL, not another FA Cup or League Cup. The majority of fans will still back him as Arsenal have the most deluded fan base of all time

I wish to be proved wrong but Arteta can take us no further

Slot and Meresca are in phase 1
What phase are we in

Yes he has but I feel that his trophy haul will not be increasing with Arsenal

Today was simply a reality check.

Arsenal have been coasting on home form. Only 1 win in our last 6 league away games.

But then again, it could be completely random. We've been sending a different Starting XI out every game.

Arteta is simply picking names out of a hat at this point.

Our inability to get any sort of consistent starting 11 really hasn’t helped, a lot is unlucky with injuries and some stupid sendings off. But We’ve not been able to establish a good solid game plan, and while injuries play the part I still think we should be playing better. if you’re going for the league you cant let injuries derail things too much, you have to quickly adapt, and we haven’t been able to.

Questions will be asked over the transfer window. Merino and calafiori will probably be decent enough signings, but it’s not the type of signing to take you to the next level. Even though we scored a lot last season, our lack of clinical attackers did cost us, while our defence was solid throughout. We do need attacking players, I think the club know this as we have gone after them, but haven’t ever pushed the boat out to land them, which may be the reason we fall short again.

It’s no disaster and I think we’ll have a decent season and we’ve got a good squad, but there are issues that have to be addressed soon to prevent any sort of fall off

We are not signing anybody of note in January. Probably end up with Marcus Rashford on loan. We haven't replaced Aubamayeng or Alexis Sanchez
