A fitting punishment would be a fine. Normally I’d want demotion but the PL brought this themselves so they can punish them with the only thing the PL care about- money

Stripping titles will absolutely be on the table. Retrospective awards to other teams likely won't.

If found guilty I'd imagine points deduction as a minimum AND a hefty fine as well as a transfer ban.
