As I reported so fearlessly a few weeks ago, Barca are struggling to register him as a player beyond January due to typical Barca money issues. They’ve just lost their fight to keep him past Jan and his agent is apparently in Manchester now putting together a deal with us and/or City.
He’ll cost this much to sign —-> £0.00 and I’m sure his wages won’t be more than the ones we’ll save when Rashford hopefully leaves in Jan. He’s a superb player so let’s hope the club can convince him to be Amorims first signing.

We might end up subbing a small part of his wages (which is better than paying all of them, isn’t it), or he might take a wage cut.
People said the same about the likes of Sancho, Sterling, Felix, Griezmann, etc.

That kind of player you can probably rotate and manage carefully when you have a deep squad like City - I imagine with Utd he'd get broken pretty soon.
