Much needed morale boosting victory against WBA on Thursday means the knives have been put back in the cutlery drawer but are still there in the left hand side tray.
In a game where there were several MotM performances, for once we held on and ground out a victory and not as per succumbing in the final minutes.
Now to Sunday and Leeds who have set the pace and sit on top of the league. This will be a tough ask which I’m looking at with some trepidation - still nothing ventured by being adventurous and bold, nothing gained.
Another stupid o’clock kick-off to satiate the TV companies but despite that we’re looking at a near capacity to top the 31,000 on Thursday.
