So, I'm sorry about the delay in putting these up and they show that Mickey and Mooli are more or less twice as good as the rest of us at this, although I'm not sure whether we should express some concern over the use of artificial aids by Nookie. On top of this we also have to reflect on the way in which Mickey is influenced by expert advice from his wife. My wife actually used to play left back in ladies football team 50 odd years ago when women's teams were not all that common and I am lucky that she understands and enjoys the game. When we go to Away games nowadays we steer clear of the Rovers fans and have remember to suppress our feelings when Rovers score. The most unpleasant thing one has to do of course, is to remember to get up when the home team scores!

Happy New Year everyone. Let's hope it's better for me and Rovers. I'll stick to my own predictions in 2025!

Pauline and I wish all of you, and all fans of Doncaster Rovers, a Very Happy and Healthy New Year, and promotion for our favorite team.
We just celebrated midnight UK time in front of our tree, with a glass of Hungarian white wine in our hands.
We will eat dinner later, and, if the rain holds off, will be on our deck at midnight watching fireworks with our neighbours on their adjacent deck. This means I may not make the 07:00 kick-off!
Having consulted with my spouse, we are saying 2-1 to the Rovers. Clifton to score if he starts, Molyneux if he doesn't. If neither starts, whoever starts of Sharp and Ironside.

I'm sure Donaldo will put up a review. My take is both sides look to have similar form over the past few games. Rovers poor at home and Fleetwood poor away. It has all the hallmarks of a draw. The weather may play apart and Rovers adapted better when they won at Fleetwood. Fleetwood though may have the new manager bounce in their favoir. Nevertheless I'll go 2-1 Sharp ,Ironside
